enable disable tool tips

Hello,

 

Unless I am starting to imagine things I am sure that, in the BO, i have seen enable or disable tool tips. I have looked and looked for it this morning and can not find it but I could well have missed it.

 

A google search (can't get the search to work here: keeps telling me that the words are to short) only shows how to remove lines of code and I want to avoid that if possible.

 

In simple terms I want to remove tool tips. If it exists could someone point me to it please.
