Jimbo50 Posted September 10, 2011 Share Posted September 10, 2011 I recently changed my website from one host to another (123Reg) and also changed my website and e-mail title by adding “The” to the title. I went into Modules in BO and changed the business e-mail address used by PayPal to the new “The” address and updated the settings. What is happening now is that the notification of a sale is going to the old e-mail address and not to the new one. When I spoke to PayPal they said that the business e-mail address is embedded in the programme (PS) and needs to be changed there? Has anyone come across this before and are they correct in what they are saying and if so how or where can I change this? I am a user and not a developer; I can access the FTP files but do not want to dabble in the unknown so any help would be appreciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
