Different charges for different carriers

I am using Post service as a carrier and they have to services with difference charges:

1. Home delivery;

2. Take at nearest post office;

 

I have created them as two different carriers and in the "BO -> Shipping -> Fees by carrier, geographical zone, and ranges" I have set different prices. Thing is that in the buying step "Delivery" there are shown both of them as I need, but the price is the same for both. Furthermore the price is not that I set in "Fees by carrier, geographical zone, and ranges" but that one I have set in "BO -> Shipping -> field Handling charges". And it is shown for everyone, even despite different country. What am I doing wrong?

Stating the obvious, did you remember to save once you entered the prices?

Did you specify the zone(s) to which each carrier ships in the carrier's page? Back Office > Shipping > Carriers > relevant carrier
