dennaus Posted September 7, 2011 Share Posted September 7, 2011 Hello, the problem comes up when the customer completes the order, practically in Italian and other languages and with any method of payment once confirmed the order page the site is located on validation.php only with the top menu and left (not the cart) and center all empty. They are not even sent emails to the customer and the address of the site but the order is properly stored in the profile of the customer and is in the back office. some can be changed on the folders permission issue? The test mail from the mail start properly. PrestaShop 1.4.4 I also noticed that the contact form with a form when clik on submit goes to a blank page thanks Denny I' have also posted in italian..... excuse me but it's really urgent Update.. i have enabled the php debug and thi is the error Fatal error: Call to undefined method Mail::SendAlert() in /home/modules/mailalerts/mailalerts.php on line 267 I'have solved the problem copyng the function from a holdes mailalerts Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
