webcrafter Posted August 31, 2011 Share Posted August 31, 2011 I have been having issues for quite some time getting the shipping modules like USPS to work. I was attempting to do it strictly from weight which of course causes a massive difference for larger than normal packages. To fix it I have now imported the width and height for all 50,000+ items for my client, I have set the max weight for Priority mail at 80lbs as so with the parcel post. I have been perplexed by whether the depth variable would be the same as the length variable on the database of the clients supplier? Or will the shipping modules work correctly with just the height and width set? Any help would be really appreciated, getting this shipping thing right has been a real nightmare to put it lightly.
