werepair Posted August 26, 2011 Share Posted August 26, 2011 This was reported as a bug on the 25/Jul/11 9:29 AM and still no fix available so i have listed it here to see if i can get some help. i have upgraded to prestasahop 1.4.3 and i now can not checkout using paypal. i have uninstalled 2.4 as i was getting the following error after upgrading PayPal response: L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10413 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details. L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error PayPal returned error so i uninstalled 2.4 and i installed version 2.5 to try and fix the error but i an now getting errors with 2.5 it seems prestashop is not passing the info to paypal as my test account is registred and the address is complete in prestashop but it is not being passed to paypal, this needs fixing ASAP. Please refer to logs: 1. PayPal response: 2. TIMESTAMP -> 2011-07-25T07:22:07Z 3. L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10728 4. L_ERRORCODE1 -> 10730 5. L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address City Empty 6. Upgrade the paypal module to the one distributed with version 1.4.4.0, this should fix the issue. The root cause is the way round get calculated. Best, (d)oekia Hi, thanks for the prompt reply, i was using 1.4.4.0 this did not fix the issue, i have also installed PayPal 2.8 SVN PrestaShop version 1.4 http://svn.prestashop.com/trunk/ and this looked like it had fixed the issue, but after placing more test orders on the live site i am starting to get errors again best regards Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
werepair Posted August 28, 2011 Author Share Posted August 28, 2011 well that was short and sweet,i am still having problems with this , it looks like i will have to move over to another shopping cart that can run PayPal without errors as i am loosing orders left right and centre because i do not have paypal as a payment option, shame as i realy did like using prestashop but paypal is a must for my customers.
