Taking order but not adding products

[Chapter Four]

Hi I am new to this forum but hopefully have posted in the right place and someone can help.

 

I have a client that has had prestashop 1.3.1.1 installed for a while now and it has been running with no problems up until the last few weeks when it has taken a order, processed through paypal, it shows the order on the customers page but not in the new orders section.

 

When viewing it in the customers section, it shows new orders (1) but when you look into the order the products section is blank.

 

Does anyone have any ideas as i'm pulling my hair out and going round in circles.

 

To add, there is also this message in the bottom left of the page:

I initially thought the problem might lie with Paypal returning a pending code or something but going by this message it completed.
