[Help] One Page checkout - Checkout Steps modification

Hello.

 

I'd like to change the OPC template to work like this

 

1. On user registration or guest registration step client choose delivery method.

2. If user choice is to "take product from shop" then hide address fields [Location, City, etc] as client doesn't need this

3. And if client's choice is Send with carrier then display address fields

 

Don't have a clue how to accomplish this yet

 

Any suggestions?
