MerseysideUK Posted August 14, 2011 Share Posted August 14, 2011 My web host has decided to disable the php() mail function on my server. Since this has happened, I have changed the settings in Prestashop to the SMTP function, but my customers shop is now not showing orders once they have been made. They are receiving an email from Paypal saying that the payment has been made, but this in not showing up in Prestashop. They are running an older version of Prestashop Version 1.2.5.0. thehandlestudio Posted August 14, 2011 Share Posted August 14, 2011 I would suggest you change hosts, we use Vidahost the link is in my signature, the support is first class and they are always very helpful no matter what the problem is.
