[Solved] blocknewproducts

Hi,

 

I'm updating with new products the shop. I don´t no why the blocknewproducts doesn't show the new products i have made. Till this morning was working fine and now is like stopped.

 

PS 1.4

 

I have activate/desactivate, desinstall/install but it doesn't work.

In your Back office > preferences>products what is the frequency of a product being considered new? For example if it is 30 days and you have not uploaded any products in this period it will not show in the block.

In your Back office > preferences>products what is the frequency of a product being considered new? For example if it is 30 days and you have not uploaded any products in this period it will not show in the block.

 

I have changed the frequency to 40, 60, 90, 120, 10, 7, 30, 4, 3,2, and 1 day.., it doesn't work, it has stopped. when the frequency is 1,2,3 days i cannot see products, if the frequency is 4 or more i can see all products till 4 days back.

 

Any suggestion, please ?

Well, now it's solved !!

 

I use the standard block. Few days ago i delete some products and theirs ID were free so prestashop is using the empty ones. Now, i can see it all right. Thanks.
