nob2b
I got message from host admin many times, and I got a new one as below: ///////////// Hello , Your script /home/account/public_html/product.php was causing extremely high processing on [server]: Stats for 10 Aug 2011: --------------------------------- CPU Usage - %51.28 MEM Usage - %2.64 Number of MySQL procs (average) - 0.91 Top Process %CPU 163.00 /usr/bin/php /home/account/public_html/product.php Top Process %CPU 158.00 /usr/bin/php /home/account/public_html/product.php Top Process %CPU 132.00 /usr/bin/php /home/account/public_html/category.php Stats for 09 Aug 2011: --------------------------------- CPU Usage - %39.55 MEM Usage - %1.57 Number of MySQL procs (average) - 0.46 Top Process %CPU 148.00 /usr/bin/php /home/account/public_html/product.php Top Process %CPU 141.00 /usr/bin/php /home/account/public_html/product.php Top Process %CPU 137.00 /usr/bin/php /home/account/public_html/product.php As such, the script has been renamed to product.php_dissabled_contact_support and permissions set to 000 . This means that the script is no longer accessible and cannot use up the resources on the server. Please let us know what changes you will be making to correct this issue and we can re-provide ownership of the script to you. If you are using plugins for Word Press or Joomla, we ask that you check them for available updates. ///////////////// Anybody can help me? phrasespot
Ask your provider, what they consider a reasonable load and ask for the exact specification of the server. If it cannot handle the load from a single installation of prestashop, maybe the hardware they are using is not sufficient for the job it is meant to be doing. Consider looking for another provider. heogia
Dear Phrasespot, I've got same problems, I'm running Prestashop v1.4.1 on Webhostingpad Provider. I don't know why its CPU Usage is so high, I tried to cache, reduce display products, modules. It's still same. Would you like to give me more information how to get down CPU Usage?
