How to do a promotion this way?

Hi, I have an item which I want to tie up with a promotion this way.

 

Example: a silver pendant

 

If the person buy 2 of the same piece, he will get $10 off the third similar silver pendant purchase. Can this be done on prestashop shopping cart?

 

If this can be done, I would like a message to prompt when user key in the quantity.

For example when user key in 1 unit, message say : " add in one more unit to enjoy $10 off third purchase."

 

And

 

If the person enter 2 units, a message say " you may purchase the third similar item with $10 off"

 

Please advise whether this can be done, thanks
