Azurafiles Posted July 24, 2011 Share Posted July 24, 2011 Can someone tell me why after a clean install, the website does not show up here? http://www.aero-files.com The install guide says that prestashop 1.4.3 has been installed okay, the backoffice works, the website is set to be online, but still I can't see it. I am using the default theme to test prestashop with. The SEO and URL tab says it should be something like /shop/ but I want it to be http://www.aero-files.com How can I do this? Azurafiles Posted July 25, 2011 Author Share Posted July 25, 2011 Check for permisions. If you obtain a white screen is posible that you don't have the corect settings for your server. You must give at least 755 to your files. Some server give an internal server eror if you give 777, and is not save. If you still not fixing the problem let me now. Is it not possible to install prestashop on public html folder instead on public html/shop? Would like the shop to be aero-files.com instead of aero-files.com/shop But the shop does not load.
