PS Passes Wrong Sales Tax Amt to PayPal

I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but I ran an order to see how things were functioning.

 

In PrestaShop:

 

5.02 (product price)

5.95 (shipping)

10.97 (total excl tax)

 

11.32 (total incl tax)

 

This would be correct.

 

However, when the customer clicks on the payment option to jump to Paypal, it shows this:

 

5.36 (product incl tax)

5.95 (shipping)

11.31 (total)

 

The tax rate is 7% (.07), so the tax should come out to .3514 ... or $.35, so product price incl tax should be $5.37.

 

Any ideas where I can look or what I should do?

 

By the way, I am using PS v 1.3.2.3.

 

 

In PayPal, I have no sales tax calculations defined, so I assume PS is passing the wrong value.
