[Solved] Unable to configure PrestaShop Modules 'Tab cannot be found'

I am able to see and install all of the standard PrestaShop modules. When I go to configure them, I type in my settings and hit save. At this point I receive the following error message 'Tab Cannot be Found' and the module remains unconfigured.

Is this a known glitch?

I carried out a fresh install this morning, however the same issue is still occurring. Any ideas?

I have found when I edit the code on a module, if I make an erorr then non of th emodules appear under the modules tab. If this is the same sort of thing you mean, then I would suggest deleting any modules you have installed or edited, add them back and check as you go along.

I'm not changing the code of any of the models, I'm simply trying to configure the standard PrestaShop modules which come with the package and that are already installed and enabled.

For example the check feature allows me to click on configure, add address details and then when I hit save it comes up 'tab cannot be found' and no changes are made.

This is the same for the Categories block under the front office features which is designed and installed by prestashop.

I have tried disabling and then enabling the modules but with no luck. Strange gremlin in the system or i've done something incredibly stupid!

is it the standard theme or a brought one?

I was going to build on the matrice theme but i've just changed it back to the standard prestashop theme and the modules still aren't working. Am I best to do a new install again?
