Guest Checkout Country Selection Should update total in payment

Hi, Im trying to get the instant checkout & one page checkout working. It's almost there.

When changing a customers country however, prestashop is setting the total price in the payment option (i only have one - paypal) to 0.00 . If i refresh the page it loads with the correct price, but reselecting a new country sets it to zero again.

There isn't a JS error showing in console and the price in the cart summary above is changing

This is happening with the default theme, and my theme (which i have been upgrading from its 1.3 origins)

i am running the latest prestashop - PrestaShop™ 1.4.3
