[Solved] Adding a Special does not seem to work properly

Good morning

I am trying to add specials but it does not seem to be working.

I selected a product and clicked on the 'prices' tab. I completed the relevant information and saved.

I do not see this reduction either in the product page of the FO or in the Specials page.

Am I doing something wrong?

I am having the exact same problem. I want to have a $5 reduction in my price. I've only done this on one product thus far. Prestashop does not show the item on the Specials tab. Is there some other way to show the item under the Specials tab?

I notice that I also can't edit the item I reduced. For example, perhaps I want to change the dates I will offer the reduction, or I may want to change the reduction amount. Is this supposed to be an editable item?

I notice that this thread indicates the issue was solved. How did you solve it?

I just solved my problem. I had entered a start date that was earlier than present, but when I changed it to today's date, AND select "all countries", the problem was resolved. If USA and the current date is entered, it still did not work.

I did not do anything, I left it and when I went and had another look it was displaying. Although I kept refreshing at the time, it is like PS did not refresh straight away..
