phunter121 Posted July 15, 2011 Share Posted July 15, 2011 Ok Guys, it is now 3am and I cannot figure out this seemingly inconceivable problem.Twice in the last few days this has happened....Basically every change I make to the product description field , it is being lost. Yeap - I enter the changes, view it in the shop, looks fine, do the same with lots of other product, they look fine.Go back to look at them the next day and they have reverted back to the previous values!!!!!!!!The rest of the product info is fine ??????? I assume you are using some wierd hosting.Anyways, the server deletes your information doing something - maybe its regular backup or something else..anyway call to hoster and explain this to them Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
