"Invalid tax rule group ID" when not choosing Tax

I am trying to import a CSV file of products, and I select the corresponding Prestashop fields to correspond to the CSV file, and then I receive 3385 warnings. They are all repeating groups of 3 with the form of:

- id_tax_rules_group (ID 0) Invalid tax rule group ID, you first need a group with this ID.

- Rewrite link for cpx-wps was re-written as cpx-wps

- Error copying image: http://www.anyware.com.au/Content/ProductImages/CPX-WPS_0.jpg

The first error is confusing, as I am not choosing any columns to have anything to do with Tax or Tax Group.
I don't know what the 2nd error means.
The 3rd error is confusing, as the image URL is valid and it exists.

I did not receive these errors when running an import on the first section of the product catalog.

What is wrong?

I have this problems too, hope someone will answer. I've tried to fix it for the last couple of weaks and I didn't succed. The images problem especially bugs me very much. I hate this new versions of prestashop. Every version comes with it's own problems. And in the last time it's every version is worse than the one before it. I have also another problem with image mapping in 1.4.3: i cannot press ok when i select a product to be mapped in the image. 1.5.0 i couldnt even manage to install. Very frustrating.

2 errors 

1. Blous (ID: 108) cannot be saved
   
2. Property Product->id_tax_rules_group is not valid
   

 

where is the issue.

please guide me
