frippet Posted February 2, 2009 Share Posted February 2, 2009 Just trying to make up my mind which shopping cart software to go with. Sorry if I've missed this. It wasn't clear to me on the demo. Is it possible to ship part of an order, say if the customer orders 3 things and one is out of stock? Will the system then retain the unshipped item(s) as a back order?How detailed is the shipping set-up? Is it possible to put in different rates for different areas of the UK?
