Presta FABRIQUE Posted June 25, 2011 Share Posted June 25, 2011 PrestaShop's built in Google sitemap generator is good, but lacks customisation.If you do not want to submit all CMS pages; or if you sell products and services without proper images, tell the generator not to include images and captions. This module gives you this freedom.NOTE: you cannot select products one by one. Just imagine what a list would be for a shop having more than 100 products. And most do have that many. We better included categories only.And what's most important: this will NOT overwrite your current sitemap file. The rest just does naturally with FTP - like us All the options from the module are set to yes, so they meet the default PrestaShop configuration (see the default gsitemap mod). But you have the choice to check "no" and add only what you want (specially on CMS side). Do not know any person who would not include captions or all products, but as we worked on the module, we decided to add those features also.So if you want them all Yes, you do not need this module Set them to NO, and you will understand the features.Cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
