How to insert a new fields and save button in the order?

I would like to ask you if someone helped me?

I would like to in detail order (AdminOrders.php) add 2 new fields and Save button for this fields.

Example:
I open an order and in two new fields, I will write a note for the order, for example:

1st Field: The customer was interested in:
2nd Field: 12565 Brown

I will click Save and this fields save in MySQL

Someone please help me?
