Token Issue - Backend + Frontend

Hello all,

I have uploaded the prestashop installation onto the production server.

However, there are two issues.

1. During registration of a new user, there comes an error that the user already exists. The email is unique.
However, the user gets added in the database.

2. In the backed, after submitting anything, like for eg. I did some preferences changes and said save.. the page does not get changed to another page, although white screen comes.
The changes get committed to the database though.

I have to use the back button and then see the backend.

When i enter a new country in shipping, it shows the country name around 20 times. The above point 2 happens even when i enter a new country and save.

I think it is some token issue.

Can the prestashop team please clarify?


Please note that I once had an issue of the admin password forgetting and the email address also.
I tried changing the password using MD5 encryption via phpmyadmin but could not.
I recalled the email id and got my password emailed.
Is there any chance of it causing the above problems.

I have also renamed my themes folder and changed necessarily in the settings.inc.php file.

Please help it is urgent as the site is on production server now.
