Voucher for specific customer --> not all customers are listed

I have PS 1.4.0.17 and today I noticed a strange problem: when I want to make a new voucher for a specific customer only I noticed, that not all customers are listed in a drop down menu. So how can I make a voucher for this specific customer which is not listed in menu?

I have the exact same problem.

New customers appear in my backoffice CUSTOMER tab list. BUt when I add a new voucher in the VOUCHER tab and select the drop down “To Be Used By”, it only shows my Default group (not new groups I have created) and 2 original customers. No new customers are listed to apply the voucher to.

Any ideas? prestashop version 1.4.3
