RolandCR
Hello, I just installed prestashop v1.9.2. To login into BackOffice is no problem. BUT ,when I want to add an new currency Prestashop BO will not working. After 1 minute I got a message on my browser: The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. I can not login into the Admin Panel anymore. The server is hosted in german. Any Idea why this happens? best Roland Edited January 17 by RolandCR (see edit history)
4presta
Welcome to the Prestashop forum. First of all, you need to give the correct Prestashop version, because 1.9.2 does not exist. In the Administration, Settings > Performance, there is an option to turn on debug mode. Then an error message will appear when you add a currency and we can advise you. There can be many possibilities why this is happening and we would have to guess or give bad instructions to fix your problem.
RolandCR
Hi, thanks for adding me to the PS Forum. About the PS version it is 9.0.1. I turned the debug mode = on. After that I changed someting in the localization. And now the BO loading and loading. Now I have to wait maby 1 -2 hours to get into the BO. text in the browser: The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. I have access to the maganed server. Should I look into the Presstashop directory and searching for error logs?
PrestaHeroes.com
PrestaShop 9.0.1 is not a production-ready release. It is effectively beta software, intended only for experienced technical admins and developers who are comfortable debugging PHP/Symfony issues and working in staging environments. Unfortunately, PrestaShop made a serious mistake by presenting early PS9 releases as suitable for general use. This caused new and existing merchants to upgrade in good faith, only to discover breaking issues, incomplete module compatibility, and unstable core behavior. RolandCR
Ok, I will ask my web space provider (ionos) to fix the problem. If they not can fix it I will need an good Prestashop Agency for installing.
