[Module] Droppshipping by supplier

I would like to start a dropshipping business.
Each supplier/brand corresponds to a shipping price ratio by carrier:
- 1 carrier per brand/supplier (easy)
- A min order fee
- Free shipping (or a cheaper cost by Country) if the sub total by supplier is over the min order amount. 

I would like to show, once in the cart and/or in the checkout process, grouped by suppliers.
Will it be possible and if so how?
Which module can do this or which one goes near that adding of course than some customization?

Here is an example of a possible cart for Country A:
3 products by supplier A for a total of EUR 10 
shipping at min EUR 15 if total for this supplier goes over 20 free shipping

1 product by supplier B for a total of EUR 3 plus shipping EUR 10
shipping at min EUR 10 if total for this supplier goes over 22 free shipping

Same cart but for Country B:
3 products by supplier A for a total of EUR 10 
shipping at min EUR 25 if total for this supplier goes over 50 then EUR 5 shipping 

1 product by supplier B for a total of EUR 3 plus shipping EUR 10
shipping at min EUR 25 if total for this supplier goes over 50 then EUR 5 shipping 

I know it's quite complicated method, I'll try to attach an image taken from a similar ecommerce I found that is not made by Prestashop (I think is a custom woocommerce module).
I'm new to Prestashop but I can program or assist customization in php and all the other languages required.
