mick000
Hi, It's quite urgent, we are an association and our module prestashop checkout is not working anymore since 4 days. Till now it was working fine since years. I chaged the version of PHP on site to use other tools that need 8.1 to work. The operation last 10mn and I put it back to 7.4 (our prestashop is still version 1.7.8.9). Everything was back to normal except the checkout since then. Today i was back in the module section and I discovered that the presatshop checkout was not initialized. In the configuration module (stage 2) I pressed the button configuration, I get connected to paypal, but nothing change in the backoffice, the prestashop checkout module is still desactivated Does someone knows how to reactivate all that. !!! It's quite urgent for the association Best regards Michael Civet

dinesh badrukhiya
Hi @mick000 To look into this properly, could you please share the website URL? Based on what you described, it seems the checkout module didn’t initialize correctly after the temporary switch to PHP 8.1. In many cases, simply reinstalling the module does not re-register the PayPal webhooks, which can lead to exactly what you’re seeing: No payment methods showing and infinite loading spinner on checkout The fix usually involves re-registering the PayPal webhooks and resetting the module configuration, rather than just reinstalling it. If you can open the browser console on the checkout page and check if JavaScript errors are there. Once you share the URL, it should be possible to confirm the cause quite quickly. mick000
Thanks you, The solution is to re-initialized the module like you said, but to avoid some others troubles... the module prestashop checkout must be linked with "displayPaymentByBinaries". (and some others but is you don't get this one the card payment will stay empty) Thank a lot Best regards Michael Civet
