MartinTaylor
Im new to prestashop and have Prestashop 9.01 installed. I have set up SMTP email to send email. When setting up Mail Alert module version 3.01. It will not accept an email address in the section to Merchant Notifications New Orders. When inserting a correct email address and pressing the save button I get the red error at the top of the screen saying: Please enter one (or more) email address for the new order notification. Any pointers in where I am going wrong

Any pointers in where I am going wrong In the Mail Alerts module, after typing the email address you must press the Enter (Return) key so the email becomes a “tag” (you’ll see it appear as a small boxed label). Only after that should you click Save. If you just type the email and click Save without pressing Enter, PrestaShop treats the field as empty and shows the error. Hope that helps. roheenigill
You can save a valid email in the Mail Alert module, but you must press the Enter (Return) key after typing the email address before clicking Save. If you just type the email and hit “Save” without pressing Enter, PrestaShop treats the field as empty and shows the error saying you must enter one or more email addresses. prestashop.com So make sure you type the email, press Enter so it becomes a “tag”, then click Save
