How to insert text below the price of all items as shown in the image.

Hi.

If all products have the same text, you can enter it directly into the TPL template.

If each product has different text, you will need to create your own module and use the displayProductPriceBlock hook and the after_price type.

You need to add all the detailed information.

I have enough custom modules to edit, add, etc. product blocks on the category page (product list).
