Contact Us page gone.

PS 8.2.3 just upgraded from 8.2.1

I shut off the contact us page because I was getting hit by so much spam.  Now I cannot get it back up.  I went to shop parameters/contact and checked the store file so that was greeen.  I cannot find any other place to turn this back on?  I also see that my email is missing in the footer.  I am including a screen shot you can see the contact page is blank.

So to try to fix the problem I upgraded from 8.2.1 to 8.2.3 hoping that it would get fixed but it did not and still no email in the footer.  What am I missing?

After re-enabling the page, have you tried full clearing the cache?

Did a full cache delete.  Did not work.

Try enabling debug mode and reloading the page. Sometimes the cache gets stuck until you reload the page with debug mode enabled.

Hi! I’ve faced similar issues after upgrading PrestaShop versions — sometimes modules or page settings don’t carry over properly, and the email/footer content can disappear.

One thing that helped me was reviewing app permissions and caching carefully. I also use Honista v9.1 on my site to manage app-level notifications and updates, which helped me spot conflicts affecting other modules.

Maybe try reviewing module overrides or clearing caches again, and see if that restores the Contact Us page. Hope this helps! 👍
