Order confirmation / update infinite confirmation time

HI,

I have a prestashop version 1.6.1.24, ecbike.pt, and since yesderday when a custumer place the order, he never receive the confirmation page, but the order is placed and saved in database, the problem is teh confirmation page keeps loading many time until 404 error. On backoffice I have a similar problem when I try to update the order status, when I change the status keeps loading and sometines doens´t update.

I alredy turn off the e-mails sendings, I disabled the no natives modules, I also install a full back up from a previus days that all is working normaly and without success.

Does anyone have any idea of the origin of the problem and how to solve it?
