Wrong shipping price in cart summary (before login).

Hi everyone,
I've been using PrestaShop for 10 years, and this is the first time I've encountered this problem.

I have new PrestaShop 8.2.0, and the problem is that when I create a product cart, shipping prices appear that would fall within the cost range of a courier for Europe.

Even if I log in to the front end from a domestic location and create a cart, the shipping costs that appear (even without registering) are not for domestic shipping, but for Europe.

I also configured geolocation via IP with Maxmind databases, but that didn't solve the problem.

I've currently disabled the display of shipping costs for visitors, but if a customer registers without entering a shipping address, they're still offered a courier with the wrong price range and weight.

How can I fix this?
Does anyone have a solution?
