AcidLava
Hello, After upgrading from PS 8.2.3 to PS 9.0 using the Click Upgrade module, the “Module Manager” page is blank, even in debug mode. I’ve tried disabling non-native modules and overrides without success. There is nothing in var/logs and same in php logs (at least when I try to acceed the page). Everything else seems to work. Thank you. Edited October 7 by AcidLava (see edit history)

Thank you. you should review your hosting php error log, google or ai on how to find it based on your hosting package, or via ftp root logs folder. if you have restore, this would be time to consider doing a restore. Then in future create subdomain of your 8.2.3, perform upgrade there first.
AcidLava
Hello Patron, It's on preprod subdomain already. Just trying to understand - Nothing in logs. Best regards.
JBW
There are a few errors that are not even visible in any log. I still suspect there is a module causing it. Try the rename each non-native module on FTP e.g. add prefix _ to really have it disabled
AcidLava
Hello, I tried to disable all modules on database and it's still the same. Tried to update with the new 9.1, it don't fix this... I don't get it.
ecomsoft
try deleteing files form cache folder, they may cause issues
JBW
As said, deactivate the module by renaming on FTP, just disabling on database might not be enough
AcidLava
Thank you, it worked. Never expected that disabling should not be enough...
