strakit
Recently my 8.2.1 instalation made update on several native module, including ps-account. After, a message popped up saying it required a reset of said module. Although i tried it several times, the message keeps popping up. Tried it on the pop up message, on modules manager, clean caches (both site and server) and yet the message persists. Anyone has a clue? gioreva Posted yesterday at 08:25 AM Share Posted yesterday at 08:25 AM Iām not sure my issue is exactly the same, but I think it is. I recently moved to PS9, but I believe the problem was already there before. The button is stuck on āActivateā, even if I uninstall, reinstall, reset, enable or disable it. All those actions complete successfully, even from the CLI. If I open the dropdown and go to āConfigureā, it shows: Error retrieving context. Please try to reset or reinstall the module. But if this problem has existed since September and is being ignored⦠
