Inconsistent number of articles

Hi all,

 

Items keep disappearing from our shop.

Whilst searching for the cause, I noticed that the number of items is different in different views.

 

Catalogue -> Articles -> 81 articles, highest id 218

 

Catalogue -> Stock -> 134 items, highest id 222

 

Shop settings -> Search -> Indexed articles 102 / 102, highest id unfortunately not visible

 

For example, the id 222 cannot be found via Catalogue -> Articles, but can be found via the search at the top of the back office.

 

Does anyone have a tip?

Hi,  when you receive no response it's typically because it lacks information like PrestaShop version, php level etc.  When  describing a problem, provide as many details as possible including screen shots, if  you are using faceted filters....etc...

here are two screenshots of the problem:

If i filter for Parma in the name, there i only one article in the list.

If I search for Parma, I get 2 hits.

Visibility of both articles is set to everywhere.

I can edit the "hidden" article, like the not hidden one.

Both articles are shown in the front end.
