Hello everyone.

I keep getting some error 500 after using updater.

/home/driverwa/public_html/modules/crisp/vendor/symfony/cache/Traits/DoctrineTrait.php line 26 - Declaration of Symfony\Component\Cache\Traits\DoctrineTrait::reset() must be compatible with Symfony\Component\Cache\Adapter\AbstractAdapter::reset(): void

Parece que houve um problema com o servidor. Este tipo de erro geralmente acontece quando: O servidor está temporariamente indisponível. Há uma configuração incorreta ou um problema inesperado no servidor.

HTTP request failed. Type: ERR_BAD_RESPONSE - HTTP Code: 500

I have disabled all non native modules, yet error is the same.
Anyone wiser than me that could lend a help?

Thanks in advance.

Activate debug to see the real error. Test with the Classic theme and disable all non-native modules to check if it’s an override or module conflict. Clear var/cache/* and review autoupgrade logs for permission or missing file issues. Also confirm your PHP version and extensions meet PrestaShop 9 requirements. This isolates quickly whether the problem is core or third-party.

Apart from debug, all other suggestions have already been followed to same error.
PHP versions checked also...

Never trust an updater module.

I have always been waiting for a working one…

Each time there is new version of either prestashop free or paid module they just don’t always work.

Sometimes, I tested them a clean prestashop version without any edit and it didn’t work.

This is why the main turnover % of agencies was always the Upgrades.

So if your website is working and you are getting sales just don’t upgrade.

I have clients on 1.7 till now and I don’t advise them to upgrade.

And others who I did the upgrade for.

So business wise advice if it’s working invest money on what will bring you more money ;)
