[SOLVED] Banned Today !

Hello,

I got banned I haven't posted any advertising or violate any rules as I got banned, in fact I have been helpfull and helped many members of the community as you can see on the screen I have from emails.
 

My previous account was Mehdi Bourechka.
 

I Believe some % or errors must happen during cleaning up accounts.
 

I have a prestashop certified Agency (https://experts.prestashop.com/English/experts/partner/2309254/venvaukt) and have developed more than 50 Modules and +100 Prestashop website created.

So I assume my identity and I’m looking for help to unban my previous account.

Moderators don't care you are certified agency, prestashop partner etc. if you follows rules you shouldn't be worried.
