MrWade
After I upgrade some modules the whole website isn't responding including front office and back office. I am using Classic Core.
Prestashop Addict
Turn debug on directly by editing file: config/defines.inc.php if (!defined('_PS_MODE_DEV_')) { define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); }
Doris D
Sorry to hear about your issue! Sometimes, newly upgraded modules can cause compatibility problems. If you have access to FTP or your hosting panel, try renaming the upgraded module folders to disable them. Also, check your website’s error logs to identify what’s causing the problem. If possible, restore from a backup before the upgrade. It’s always good to upgrade one module at a time and test after each change. Good luck! tinhcaca
Have you tried upgrading your hosting? I found VPS at Contabo has great performance and is having a super sale.
