Creating shortcodes and pasting them in category for easy menu

Hi, i have problems with presta.
I want to use shortcodes
but when i use shortcode in subcategories of main category they dont show up

-working shortcode with javascript

-shortcode works only when i use just CSS and HTML

-shortcode does not show anything but title when i use javascript

How to fix it? I would like to avoid buying other modules just to slightly adjust how the website looks, and i want to do it myself, so please lead me through the explanation.
