[solved] Categories not saving in Prestashop 9.0.0

Hello everyone,
I have a lot of categories in PrestaShop 1.7.8.11, which I exported to four tables via PHPMyAdmin. After carefully examining the structure of the PrestaShop 9.0.0 tables, I was able to edit the CSV files in MS Excel. Then, I imported them, again using PHPMyAdmin.
Now that everything is in place, I checked the categories in the back office and noticed that some characters were missing. I tried to fix them, but that wasn't possible. At first, I thought it was punctuation, but that turned out not to be the problem.
It turned out to be the group accesses. When I added one or more groups, I received an error message when saving.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I found the answer myself. Because I was correcting my categories in MS Excel, a few things went wrong. For example, the special characters suddenly became question marks. But that's not the issue here.
The date_add and date_upd fields need to be filled in. When I did that, everything worked fine.
