FelixTECH
Hello, I am attempting to get the official Stripe payment plugin to work in PrestaShop 8.2.1 but it refuses to work and tells lies when attempting to setup. When going to the plugin settings it shows "Keys are empty." and "Webhook configuration cannot be found in PrestaShop, click on save button to fix issue. A new webhook will be created on Stripe, then saved in PrestaShop." The account connection and data sharing settings are enabled and both show a green checkmark. When entering the correct live keys then the additional message "The Secret key provided is incorrect." is shown. This is a complete lie though. The keys are correct. Even generating new keys didn't work. The key is definitely checked against Stripe, because on their dashboard I can see the key being used successfully. When using the "Connect to Stripe" button then Stripe goes through the proper authorization process and returns to PrestaShop. But the plugin can't be bothered with the returned configuration and does just absolutely nothing. No error message, no config applied. In test mode the keys are accepted. Is there any way to get Stripe to work in PS 8? Do I need a non-official plugin to make it work? FelixTECH
I am using v3.6.2 which is (according to the PrestaShop AddOn Store) as of today the latest available version and the only search result when looking for Stripe.
