rovmenpaul
Hi everyone, I’ve been facing a really frustrating issue with my PrestaShop back office. For some reason, it keeps logging me out automatically every 5–10 minutes, even while I’m actively working. It started happening a couple of days ago and makes it really hard to get anything done, especially when editing products or updating modules. I’ve checked my browser settings, cleared cache and cookies, and even tried a different browser same problem. Nothing has changed on my hosting or server side as far as I know. I'm running PrestaShop version 8.1, and everything else seems to be working fine. At this point, I’ve tried everything I can think of — from clearing logs to tweaking settings — basically all the verbs that start with L I could throw at it: log, load, launch, and logout (unfortunately). Could this be related to session settings, a cookie issue, or maybe a bug in the latest update? Thanks in advance. Krystian Podemski
Hi, you could try disabling the "Check the cookie's IP address" setting in Advanced Parameters -> Administration to see if it helps. It's a workaround, and not a real solution, but it can do the job for you.
