Mohd Imran
I'm experiencing an issue with my PrestaShop store (version [insert your version here]). Whenever a customer adds more than one product to the cart, the shipping cost gets multiplied instead of staying fixed or calculated based on weight/total. For example, if the shipping cost for one item is ₹100, adding a second item makes it ₹200, and so on — even though I’ve set it as a flat rate. I’ve already checked: PrestaShop version 8.2 Carrier settings (flat rate selected) Shipping behavior in product settings Advanced shipping settings and modules But I can’t find why this is happening. Any ideas or fixes would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
El Patron
To help diagnose why your shipping cost is multiplying per item (instead of staying flat), could you provide a bit more information on your setup? Please confirm your exact PrestaShop version (e.g., 8.2.x) and the PHP version running on your server. Carrier Configuration Screenshot: Can you share a screenshot of your carrier configuration, especially the “Shipping locations and costs” and “Costs by” sections? Cart Rule or Module Use: Are you using any shipping modules, overrides, or cart rules that might affect shipping (including third-party modules)? Product-specific Shipping Fees: Do any of your products have individual shipping fees set under the “Shipping” tab in the product edit page? Shipping Calculation Mode: In your carrier settings, is the “billing” set to “According to total price,” “total weight,” or “per item”? JBW
This screenshot shows zero range with zero shipping cost. So where did you set your costs?

JBW
These are handling charges, they will be applied . But the value 2,00 is far away from the 120 in you initial screenshot, so where did you set these?
