Theme Logic: Selector hidden when browsing in default language?
Some themes or the blocklanguages module may hide the selector when you're already browsing in the default shop language. This is by design in certain cases to reduce visual clutter.
I don't always beat my own drum but this module provides Deliver to: country but also you can enable language and currency.
