PrestaShop 8.2 – How to change admin email for new order notifications?

Edit: Found the "Mail alerts" module by searching in the top bar, but the module itself is NOT visible/accessible by using the main Module Manager menu. Please tell me the correct way to navigate to this module. Thnaks.

Hi all,

I’m using PrestaShop 8.2 and I’m currently receiving email notifications when a new order is placed, but I can’t figure out where the recipient email is defined or how to change it.

I’ve already checked:

Shop Parameters → Contact → Stores

Shop Parameters → Contact → Contacts

Advanced Parameters → E-mail

Team → Employees

There’s no clear setting that controls which email receives new order notifications.
I also don’t see the Mail Alerts module available for 8.2, and I’m not using any custom module.

Is the recipient email hardcoded somewhere or maybe stored in a database field?
Any ideas where I can update the email that gets the new order notifications?

It's in mail alert. If you don't see it in module, try to reinstall it. Otherwise to access directly
