Please, is there a way to remove those fields I marked with "X" in red and the one for newsletter come always checked by default on subscribe new customer page? (also on the checkout part where those fields are being shown / required too...)?

Maybe it'll be better not to change the core code directly, but creating a specific module for that... (in order not to be rewritten when new core of prestashop update versions...)
