I had the same issue with syncing data, and it turned out the webhook link wasn't correctly set in ActiveCampaign’s external app settings. Once I fixed that, the automation started working. Also, if you’re already using a cloud auto dialer with your sales team, syncing those contact touchpoints with ActiveCampaign can give way better tracking for abandoned carts.

I had a similar issue and it turned out I hadn’t mapped the fields correctly during sync. Double-check that the cart data fields are matched up with the right ones.
