Problem Translation PS 8.1.7

On my store I have a problem with translating the texts that are added in the template, all the texts added in the template on the front show after Eng, there is to be text in a different language.

• Text in a theme in format - {l s='text' d='Shop.Theme.Global'}
• All texts translated in the "Translations" tab-> "translations of the selected template"
• All texts that were translated are saved in the database in the table - ps_translation
• CCC and the cache is turned off 
• In the "Template Compilation" block is selected - forced compilation 

The error appeared after the migration of data from the old store to new store.
I did migration twice through the modules - Migration Pro and Migrationpro Ultimate (from Prestahero). 
I do not know, it is important 

• The old store is now a regular store, but when configuring the migration there was a choice of two stores 
• The new store is - not multistore

I did 

• Updating the language by - update the language - in translations.
• I have physically deleted cache files in the 'var' folder

I don't know where to look for how to fix it
