504 Gateway Time-out

I have a problem. Yesterday my site worked normally, today it loads very slowly or shows "504 Gateway Time-out".
Yesterday I changed the text in the email templates, I also adjusted the translations from the check to the trade credit. I also deleted the prod from FTP because it did not update the email templates.
The hosting said that they have no problems.

I tried disabling the modules but there is no change.

- A lot of warnings are loading try disabling dev_mode.
- Clear the cache from the server.
- How large is your database?
- Can you restore a backup from the server? Maybe the email template code got stuck in a loop.
- Increase the max_execution_time and memory_limit.
- Ask the hosting support if their logs show what the shop is waiting on for so long.

Usually these create 504 issued

Check mod security on your hosting.  Also Ngnix, recommend apache only
