Looking for module to set a discount price when ordering multiple different products

I'm looking for a module that can set a discount price when ordering multiple different products.

Example: One product costs €6,-, the other one costs €7 , but when you buy them together, the total price becomes €10,-
So the customer gets a discount of (in this case) €3,-

A module that can create a "2 for €X,-" discount.

I'm not looking for percentage discounts or quantity discounts for the same product!

Searched everywhere, but haven't found it yet.

As far as I can see it now, it's not exactly what we're looking for.
You have to set a discount in % or amount, but the amount is not always the same.

Example: there are products in the category that cost €10,-, but also €12,-
The idea is to set an offer for "2 for €18,-". When setting a discount on Amount, it doesn't always end up at €18,-.

Do you know if it's possible to set a fixed discount price for it?
